In captivity with great care being provided to them, camels can live 40-50 years old.
One-humped camels do NOT spit, however, their two-humped family members called Bactrian camels do spit.
No, camels actually store fat in this humps.
Camels are extremely intelligent animals and learn very quickly. They are more intelligent than horses.

We train our camels through a lot of reward and repetition. Lots of treats!

A camels diet is very similar to a horses diet. They love to eat hay and grain and lots of apples and carrots. We also feed out camels an apple flavoured horse treat.
Our camels are very friendly. We bottle raise all our camels. They are very affectionate and absolutely LOVE attention.
Most of our camels weigh between 1,200 – 1,500lbs. However, we have a few larger camels that weigh 1,800 – 2,000lbs.
We have an experienced and dedicated team of individuals who devote their lives to ensuring that our animals receive the absolute highest standards of care, 24/7.
